Terms of Use

Roundza is a party-game service currently offered as an open beta. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment if you can legally agree to these terms. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

You are responsible for activity through your player session or connected account and for keeping your device and sign-in credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse Roundza, disrupt games or service infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, automate excessive requests, impersonate others, harass players, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Hosts and players are responsible for the people, setting, and content of their games. Choose player names, answers, drawings, and spoken clues appropriate for your group.

You keep ownership of original content you submit, such as drawings, answers, player names, and feedback. You give Roundza a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violates another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary.

Roundza and its games, software, visual design, logos, text, and supplied game content are owned by or licensed to Roundza and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create a competing service from protected parts of Roundza except where the law expressly permits it.

Third-party names, titles, characters, and trademarks that appear as gameplay references belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Roundza.

The beta may contain bugs, change without notice, lose or reset game data, or be unavailable. Features may be added, removed, or limited while we test and improve the service. Roundza is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Signing in is optional for current free play, although future features or purchases may require an account and additional terms. We may suspend or end access where these terms are violated, the service is endangered, or the law requires it. You may stop using Roundza at any time and may request deletion of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roundza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as Roundza evolves. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
